I made this piece after feeling lost in my mind and learning so much about myself from reading this first chapter of the chaos machine. I find that when I am stressed i reach for my phone and don't even know why. Now I understand but also feel so weighed down by this brick i use everyday and could not live life with out. These platforms change the duration of our focusing time making it more difficult to get long form work done. They cause more stress over minuscule things and have made face to face interactions so much more numbing.
